What is the turnaround time for orders?

Each item is made to order with the exception of the crinkle toys.

Therefore you must allow approximately 4 weeks for completion.

Do you ship and what is the cost?

Yes, I ship within Canada for a flat rate of $12.

I can ship to the U.S. and the cost will be standard rates for the destination.

The customer is responsible for any customs or duties charges.

Do you accept returns?

Because of the custom and personalized nature of the products, they are a final sale.

How do I care for my minky products?

Machine wash in cold water on gentle cycle with a phosphate free detergent.

Tumble dry on low setting or hang to dry and fluff in dryer once dry.
